My current charger hasn't been working for a while, and I haven't been able to find any replacement chargers for the HP Omen 16, any help?

The part number for a replacement charger for your OMEN by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000 (5B1T7AV) is: M95376-001 "AC ADPTR 280W PFC SMART 3PIN 4.5mm", such as seen in this Amazon-US purchase example: https://www.amazon.com/TPN-CA26-M94073-001-M94073-002-A280A011P-M95376-001/dp/B0CWGKPYRL/ref=sr_1_1?....

 

You'll have to find out how/where to purchase a (similar) 280-watt charger equipped with a 4.5x3.0mm power connector in your country, providing 20V x 14A:
