Hi,

 

Nearly 2 months ago i bought an Omen 17in gaming laptop that malfunctioned since day 1.

I made a post about it here and eventually called HP tech support who couldn't fix the issue.

They approved a DOA and sent me to Postsales.

 

Since the 6th of September i've been in contact with Postsales trying to set up a date for pickup and getting a return label sent to me. On all of these occasions: 9th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 19th, 22nd and 25th i have received nothing. After each of these days i have been contacting the same person every time and i'm starting to feel like my leg is being pulled.

The contactperson mentioned DHL being an issue, eventually on the last try (25th) i asked if it'd be possible that i'd just send it over rather than getting someone pick it up. For this i'd just get the return label and sent it via post. According to the contactperson i should have received the return label and info either Thursday the 26th or today, Friday the 27th but once again i'm receiving nothing.

I have checked every corner of my inbox, spam etc and repeatedly found nothing.

 

Is there a possibility for someone other than this person to help me out?

Did anyone else experience the same?
