Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0018tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I shut down my pc it says "Realtek audio admin background is preventing shutdown" and after a few seconds the pc shuts down. This appears everytime I shut down my pc, even when i start the pc and then immediately shut it down without opening anything ,it still says tht its preventing shutdown.I do not know what is causing this problem.

I've ever faced this issue as well.... but after updating Windows, Bios, and driver,,, the issue was resolved by itself....
