From last few days my HP Victus 15 screen getting freezes suddenly and cant click or open/close any app.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your HP Victus 15 freezes and becomes unresponsive. HP recommends these checks:
 

  • Disconnect external peripherals and perform a hard reset.
     
  • Update BIOS and drivers. Official HP® Support.
     
  • Run HP Hardware Diagnostics to check for hardware issues.
     
  • Undo any recently added hardware or software changes.
     
  • Try starting Windows in Safe Mode.
     
  • Use Startup Repair if Windows files might be damaged.
     
  • If performance is slow before freezing, check for:

    • Blocked airflow or overheating
       
    • Hard drive/storage running low on space

For gaming-related freezes on HP PCs, HP also recommends:
