I am experiencing two issues with my HP Victus 15-fb3012AX (purchased on July 9, 2025😞

  1. Screen Tearing / App Freezing:

    • When switching tabs or using apps like YouTube, the screen briefly tears, and videos or apps freeze for 3–5 seconds.

    • Pressing PrtSc sometimes resolves it instantly.

    • The laptop has AMD Ryzen 5 8645HS + Radeon 760M + NVIDIA RTX 3050, 16 GB RAM, and a 144 Hz display.

    • HP support previously reinstalled graphics drivers and did BIOS troubleshooting, but the issue persists, and overall performance seems worse.

  2. Warranty Date Mismatch:

    • My invoice shows purchase date 09-07-2025, but HP Support Assistant shows the warranty starting 30-12-2024, with conflicting coverage entries.

    • Concerned this may affect warranty claims or support.

Additional Info:

  • GPU Drivers: AMD Radeon 32.0.13058.2, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 32.0.15.7703

  • Display: 1920×1080, 144 Hz

  • Internet speed: 60+ Mbps

  • Laptop is 4 months old

I would appreciate guidance from the community or HP support to resolve both the technical issue and the warranty date mismatch.
