Hi, I recently bought this Omen 15 laptop (about 1 month ago) and also bought Gigabyte Monitor (G27FC). But whenever I set my external monitor to be the main display, my screen will freeze randomly for few seconds whenever I play games (Specifically Final Fantasy 14 - if that helps). It never happen when I set my laptop as the main display, only happens when external monitor is the main display.
Any help please?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the screen freezes when you set the external monitor as the main display.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110332.exe
AMD: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105894.exe
Nvidia: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107225.exe
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Did you download and save the file on your computer? Were you able to install the driver?
Yes, the screen flashes when the display driver is installed.
Cheers!
