For some time now I have been experiencing several problems with the device.
At first, I was doing tasks that did not require a lot of resources, such as browsing on the Internet or watching videos. Then, all of a sudden the PC started to glitch or distort both sound and image. The glitching reduced when I plugged in the charger, but it was still happening.
Then, minutes after i turned it on, the whole system would freeze and i couldn't do anything, just a black screen, the only solution was to reboot the PC.
Now, it has started to lose the WIFI signal still connected, I have to reconnect the WIFI to get it working again, this does not happen to me on other devices.
If anyone has any suggestions or answers as to what may be causing this I would be very grateful, as I have just changed the RAM and formatted it.
