So I've checked all my cables, rolled back drivers, updated drivers, uninstalled drivers, re-download windows after a full reset of my pc. Nothing is working. I've ordered a better ssd card and more ram. But I think it's a cpu issue. 

 

Dose anyone have any other things I can try, or check before I take it in to get it looked at?

 

I have a video showing what it's doing but can't post it here.

How do you connect it to your machine ?  What is your machine ? Please use the following way to find out:
