Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (457S2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I enter my serial number to check warranty on Official HP® Warranty Check – India | HP® Customer Support I get a different product from my own. My device is HP Victus but device shown is HP 240 G8 Notebook.

Due to this issue I cant get extended warranty. I have already purchased HP care pack but it cannot be activated as product name and serial number dont match .Please help
