Hello!!! I'm from Kazakhstan and I have a problem. I bought a laptop Omen 16-b1012ci which is without an operating system. Having installed an incomplete official Windows, I ran into the problem of the lack of a cursor, but this is not the main problem, because there may be a problem in the drivers. I went to the official site HP and entered the serial number and product number. I got a laptop omen 16 b-1000. And the problem is that this model (b-1000) already has windows 11 and when specifying the operating system, I cannot select windows 10. My laptop did not originally have an operating system (FreeDOS). Please tell me what to do. After looking at the catalog of Omen laptops, I found a model identical to my laptop- Omen 16-b1004ua.
