How to resolve:

  1. Go to Microsoft Store to update OMEN Gaming Hub to the latest.
  2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
  3. Open HP Support Assistant, to check if there is any update, and update it, especially to install OMEN Gaming Hub SDK v1.0.57.0, then restart.
  4. In OMEN Gaming Hub, click Update if update message shown in each feature page.
  5. In Task Manager, open Services, make sure all ‘HP HSA Services’ (HP Omen HSA ServiceHP App Helper HSA ServiceHP System Info HSA Service, etc) are “Start” in “Automatic”.
