I cannot enjoy playing games with this laptop. Before it keeps on going to sleep mode every two hours. After installing windows update and some software updates from HP Assistant, it becomes way way worse! It will shutdown minimum of 30 minutes while playing. What I'm playing is Fall Guys, PUBG Lite, Deceit and Borderlands 2.

 

Things I've done so far; installed updates, modified power options not go to sleep mode referenced from HP support site and the virtual agent which sucks because they do not have a real chat agent

 

Need help please. This is just a month old laptop. 😞

Was one of the updates a BIOS update? A lot of us having the same issue (AMD processors)
