Product: HP Omen 15 2020

The laptop kept crashing until suddenly it doesn’t boot and the ssd isn’t showing up.

i ran diagnostics and smart check passed and short dst not available 

I tried to reinstall windows but when choosing disks only the optane memory was showing up

please help
