Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

Thanks for the reply! Do you know where I could find a hard drive compatible with my laptop, and also is it possible to use hard drives from other PCs?

The specs of your machine is

Basically you can use ANY standard 2.5" SATA HDD's from reputable vendors on market today. My suggestion: you have to change HDD, please spend a bit more to get a 2.5" SSD, they are much cheaper now but will be a lot faster. You can use

    https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd
    https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/

Or similar from reputable vendors.

I've found a replacement for my hard drive and was wondering if I could replace the hard- drive by myself, my cousin told me that I could possibly fry my computer since I've never done it before.
