I can't download it i don't know why. does anyone know how to fix this?

I see that you are facing issues with your OMEN By HP 15-Dh0105tx. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it. 

 

Could you confirm if you are facing issues with the HP Support Assistant application or any other application/driver?

 

Uninstall the HP support assistant from your PC and try creating a new user account and install the latest version of the HP support assistant.

 

Refer to this article to know more information on how to create a user account on your PC. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04648962

 

  • In Windows, search for an open Uninstall a program.
  • On the Programs and Features window, select HP Support Assistant, then click Uninstall.
  • Click Yes on the Programs and Features screen to confirm you want to uninstall HP Support Assistant.
  • Restart your computer to complete the process.

 

Update the latest version of the HP support assistant using this link.
