Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V1AV)

Hi HP Support,

I bought a brand-new HP Victus (15-fb0075cl, Product ID: 63U43UA) last year from an official reseller. But from Day 1, the right speaker didn’t work, and I noticed audio distortion. I thought it was software-related and tried updates, but it didn't help.

Later I discovered that my warranty was already expired before I even bought the device — it shows:

Start: Oct 5, 2022
Expired: Oct 4, 2023

Even worse, the box label says:

Opened by CAL” – which makes me believe I was sold a refurbished or returned product as “new”.

I contacted the seller within weeks, but they dismissed it. HP phone/email support has not worked (I even got email bounces). Now I am stuck with a faulty unit that had no valid warranty when purchased.

🔧 What I Need:

  • Escalation to HP Middle East Support

  • Speaker repair, or official confirmation that HP recognizes this issue

  • An explanation of why the warranty was already expired when I received the product

Please let me know what documentation or evidence you need. I can provide photos of the box, serial number, warranty check, and audio issue.

Thank you.
