I Have Realtek speakers installed in my laptop. There is no audio for my laptop. It's working correctly according to the system but there is no actual audio.I've done audio troubleshooting, there was no problem detected.
I cannot rollback the device driver, so maybe that means it wasn't a driver update that caused the problem.
i have attempted uninstalling each driver and rebooting windows.
I have unistalled each driver have gone to the hp site to find the latest driver and installed it same result.
I attempted to rollback to the previous windows build, didn't fix it for some reason,
I can hear through the speaker jack if I connect my earphones to it quite well.
Already hp support tried installing new sound hardware but it gave same issue.

Hi:
Did you try the W11 audio driver from the 15-ek1000 model series?

That would be the only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so.
