I'm a college student and I need the split screen option. I have that option, but when I do it, one side of the screen is darker than the other. I have checked display settings, the drivers and the battery, but yet, nothing has fixed it. I've looked it up in the community files, but still nothing. I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated!!!

I also cannot get both screens to be fully lit when using a split screen. I have the Srectre x 360. My old Spectre with windows 10 was great. Any suggestions other that return the computer, I have had it 3 days?
