When I bought my Omen 15-dc1011na notebook it came with a 200W charger and now it needs replacing but the highest wattage available for purchase in the HP store is 150W. How do I go about finding a 200W charger and if they are no longer available will a 150W charger be suitable?

You have to buy 200W charger. 150W charger my not charge your machine when in use. My machine which is an HP Omen 15-dc* uses 200W PSU part # but I don't know why your machine is not on the list
https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L00818-850
The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06230533
which shows it uses 200 W AC power adapter part # L00818-850 (page 27 of the manual) that means same part # as on my machine.
You can order from HP as shown on my first link above
Regards.

Where do I buy a 200W charger? I can't find one available at all through HP, the highest wattage charger sold I can find is 150W. I looked at the first link you gave but I can't find where one is actually available for sale. I have found it the 200W charger for sale at uklaptopaccessories.co.uk and hppartsshop.co.uk but I don't know if they actually sell legitimate HP parts or not, are the parts they sell original HP parts?
