HP Omen 15-ce010nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem when I lift the laptop turns off. Could something have been damaged or is there a short circuit somewhere?

Please communicate in English. This is English speaking community.

Is your laptop this one: OMEN by HP 15-ce000 Laptop PC ?

If so, this is a known issue and affected unit will need service. The problem is the grounding.

Please respond with the full model name, product number so that I could escalate this to HP moderators.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I have a HP pavilion 15 notebook PC, I've had it for a while and it's starting to turn off Everytime I put any pressure from the bottom. When it stays on a flat surface it's fine but as soon as I lift the whole laptop up it switches off suddenly. What could the problem be??
