Hello!
Yesterday i noticed that my laptop's surface has swollen up on an area below the keyboard and to the right side of the touchpad. Based on dismantling videos about similar models I suppose the battery caused the aforementioned problem.
The HP Support Assistant's Battery Check reported that the battery is in impeccable condition. I can provide the screenshot of it if requested.
According to the Support Assistant the laptop is still under Care Pack warranty until 25/06/2019.
I bought it from Germany and use it in Hungary,
Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello @Koika
You can submit your claim via HP Support and they can help you with your warranty issue.
You might have to be in Germany, or contact Germany support though, since you purchased the laptop in Germany.

Hello @Photoray002
Thank you for your answer.
However i can't seem to find any e-mail address to contact HP Support, The only options i see are contacting by telephone or writing to the HP Community.
I would prefer to write an e-mail since it is weekend currently and also because it is more documented.
Can you provide an e-mail address to contact, by any chance?
Thanks in advance.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
