Product: HP Omen 15"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I've been having some charging problems, as in my laptop shows that it is plugged in, but I'm not getting charge. I then looked at my battery, and it has swollen considerably in all cells. The laptop is 2 years old. Please advise.
