I already put this error in my first ever message on this post and I also wrote that I already put a new thermal paste 4 days ago
Already cleaned the dust completely, fans are working great
Bios is already on version F17 Rev.A
The only thing is that i dont' have a battery, as i already said, it inflated and i rad to remove it, but i don't want to buy a new one because I always use my laptop on AC power

There is something wrong here ( technically ) !

I have 2 softwares that tell the my cpu temperature, while using the web both of them are always between 45 and 60 °C
And most of the time i'm crashing while doing nothing, or just on the web, so i guess there is no way that my cpu is above 60°C.
I read somewhere that a person had an issue with temperatures spiking at 100 or more °C for for a second and for no reason at all. Maybe there is an issue with temperature sensor?

I also have been playing heavy video games
And i didn't even disable cpu turbo, so my sortwares were reading 80°C, but the system was not hibernating at all...
The system really go to hibernation for no reason while doing nothing

Hello @SkyNalix

>ACPI Thermal Zone = \_TZ.TZ01
>_HOT = 373K

373K = 99.85°C ! measured by a sensor !

Indicates that the sensor is not measuring correctly ...

Checking the link, but i can't tell what should i do.
Do i have to replace the laptop's heatsink?
There is no "bios trigger" or any temperature related settings in the Bios
Should i maybe try undervolting my cpu?

Hello @SkyNalix

Please monitor cpu and gpu, please. Which measured values do you have ?

best regards

For the moment the max temperature i got is 64°C, but my laptop didn't hibernated yet

Hello, i finally could read my temperature the moment when my laptop went to hibernation.
Here is the link for the .CSV file that the software HWINFO64 made.
https://www.mediafire.com/file/7ug3mlvlbw1qbh0/temp_logs.CSV/file

the 360th line is the last records right before the laptop hibernated
And then the line 361 and 362 have some pretty high temperature numbers for no reason like:
line 360, column M is 41 °C
but line 361 it's 88 °C

This indicates a technical error. I guess the sensor is not working 100%.

An HP technician should comment on this.
