Hi everyone 

I have some problems with my laptop

i opened my computer and saw that my taskbar is missing then i tried to open the settings with win&i

Settings opened but kept crushing I couldn’t do nothing 

so i thought that I need to factory reset 

i did it but in 75% it showed me message that cannot delete the files in the disk

after all my computer kept crashing while entering to settings and my WiFi stopped working 

anyone saw this before?
