Product: Hp omen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had some issues with my laptop. A new bios was installed along with other drivers thinking the laptop would run better. I then performed system recovery back to factory settings. I know it wiped all the drivers that have been installed but does it reset the bios back to the original too? I wanted to start completely fresh with my laptop and only install recommended updates.

Hi:

 

A factory reset does not undo a BIOS update.

 

Only the operating system has been reset.
