Hi @fsdfas,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Power Settings:

  • Open the Control Panel, and navigate to Power Options.
  • Click on Change plan settings next to the active power plan.
  • Click Change advanced power settings.
  • Under Sleep, make sure Allow hybrid sleep and Hibernate after are adjusted to your preferences.

Update Drivers:

  • Ensure that all your drivers are up-to-date, especially the graphics and chipset drivers. You can do this by visiting the HP Support website and searching for your laptop model AE0003TX.

Adjust BIOS Settings:

  • Enter the BIOS settings by restarting your laptop and pressing the designated key (usually F10 or ESC).
  • Check if there’s an option related to wake settings and sleep mode. Sometimes, BIOS updates can fix wake issues.

Change Sleep Settings:

  • Try disabling sleep mode temporarily to see if the issue persists. Alternatively, consider using hibernation instead of sleep mode, as hibernation writes memory to disk which can be more reliable.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Shutdown the laptop and disconnect all peripherals.
  • Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and power adapter, then attempt to start the laptop.

I hope this helps.
