Hi,
I have registered a case for investigating and fixing the hardware issue of the webcam in my new laptop. The case number is [Personal Information Removed]. I have called a number of times at customer care. I just had an update technical team is handling the ticket and someone will visit to fix the issue. Once they transfer a call to the technical team, no one is responding there. Now I am completely blind to latest update about my case. Is someone can help me here?
