Technician Scratched my laptop. also feel that battery is draining heavily

Hi, I recently purchased an HP Omen laptop in July. Since then, I've been hearing an unusual sound from my laptop, which seems to be coil whine. I requested a technician to visit and inspect the issue. When the technician visited, he accidentally scratched my laptop's cover due to his negligence. Also, while opening my laptop, he used a tool that got stuck inside, and when he opened it further, some pieces fell down. I'm not sure if those were parts of the tool or from my laptop.

Additionally, my battery drained from 95% to 90% in about 5 minutes without running any tasks.

Can I request a replacement for my unit since the technician damaged it?
