The laptop won't turn on

The laptop won't turn on. No matter what I did it won't work. I tried charging, I tried removimg  everything that was plugged in and pressed the on button for 15 seconds, plugged the battery back in and still nothing. I cannot go to the services, there are none close to me. What am I supposed to do?

Since the basic power and reset troubleshooting steps haven’t worked, the problem is likely due to a hardware fault that prevents the laptop from turning on. If the power button only lights briefly (or not at all) and nothing else happens, that is a red flag that the issue is not just with external connections. 

This situation is similar to what some HP Support Community users have experienced with their Victus models when none of the reset or charging steps work, the fault is usually internal.
