The laptop wont boot with 5 long and 3 short blinks, Victus 16-e1000 (53G39AV)

Hi,

My laptop won't boot and is showing  5 long and 3 short blinks, I have tried to install bios through USB and have tried, Ctrl+B, Ctrl+V, and B, and even tapping the power button instead of pressing it for 3 seconds. I have tried to load from the 4-in-1 toolkit, and two other files I found here on hp forums but it does not change its state no matter what I do. I specifically canceled bios updates in the optional updates but lo and behold windows being windows, updated the bios, and now it won't boot. Does anybody have a solution?
