Hello @Aly91
What version of the Omen Command Center is installed?
It should show the version number in the bottom left corner. If there is no version number, it definately needs to be updated.
Also, does it only show Game Stream as the only option or are there other options showing also?
Or you could post a screen shot of what you see.

It is version 6.1.4.0 .
It shows only the Game Stream option , and also the omen key , i can't use it to open the application , i was told by a friend to update to the omen command center that is on the windows store , it is working properly with him , and he told me to do that to fix the gpu problem , but nothing happened rather than the omen key not working.

Unfortunately, in other cases where Ive seen the exact same thing happen, the only way to straighten it out was to so a factory recovery. In otherwords, reinstall Windows. Something is fouled up in Windows registry that I dont know where to begin to fix it.
Before you do, go into Windows Services and see if the Omen CC is enabled first.
Type Services in the Windows Search bar and hit enter key.
Scroll down to HP Omen HSA and see if its enabled (Running). If not, right click on it and set it to Automatic.
Then in the left corner, click the Restart or Start the service button.
Reboot and see if the OCC is working properly now.
