Recently, I decided my computer needed service because it was experiencing overheating issues. So I created a service request and sent it to BDH Bilisim in Türkiye. My old processor was reaching 98 degrees Celsius under load. When it came back from service, it was even hotter than before, reaching 100 degrees Celsius. I called customer service, and they said they would send it back and format it. When I asked what the overheating had to do with the formatting, they opened a complaint. I decided to share this with you and opened a thread. I haven't received any positive feedback about the service in Türkiye. Please HP resolve this issue and find another service provider!

No solution was offered. It shares the customer service numbers in my region. I wrote here because the customer service in my region could not provide technical information and a solution. Unfortunately it does not work. We will call the email address abroad ourselves to complain.
