Hello, I just bought my laptop, and use it for at least 2 month. But when I play game, on comfort power mode, it has thermal throttling at 80 - 100 degree Celcius even I've use max fan speed and additional cooling pad. The specs is i7-9750h and rtx 2060 with 16gb ram.
Can anyone help me to make my laptop cooler?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is thermal throttling when you play games.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then install all the Windows updates (Including optional) and test.
Here is how it is done.
- Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
- Go to settings (gear icon).
- Select the Update and Security icon.
- Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
- Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
