Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The laptop i am using has the lightning symbol indicating it has thunderbolt 3 yet there are no drivers available for use. I have searched online and been through different methods, my bios is up to date, I have already purchased items requiring a thunderbolt port and need to be able to use them. How can I add the drivers to use the port?

What is your OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L4AV)  machine ? It could be one of the following machines:

 

            https://support.hp.com/ee-en/product/hp-17.3-inch-laptop-pc-17-c0000/2100371409/model/2100371457/pro...

 

For example:    OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0002np

 

Your machine should have same ports the its USB-C port it NOT a Thunderbolt™ 3. It is ONLY a  SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port.
