The laptop came without operating system. So I installed Windows 11 and everything worked fine. Yesterday I wanted to downgrade to Windows 10, so I removed everything and I installed it, but now the touchpad is not working and the options for the WiFi are not showing.

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W11.

Your only option other than reinstalling W11 is to hope that the W11 drivers on the support page work for the touchpad and Wi-Fi.
The W11 Wi-Fi drivers should work because they are good for both operating systems.
The touchpad may be a different matter.

You're very welcome.
I don't know what model touchpad your notebook comes with since the driver page shows drivers for both the Elan and Synaptics models.
Now the only thing you can try if you don't want to go back to W11 would be to try touchpad drivers from different model notebooks that have support for W10.
Try this one for example. It's the only one I am going to look for.
