My Omen 16 laptop touchpad is not working. I have tried everything, such as uninstalling the driver, rolling back to old drivers, and even reinstalling the entire Windows system, but it still isn't functioning. My laptop is no longer under warranty, and when it was under warranty  I sought help from an HP support technician who performed some fixes by opening the laptop's body, but the problem resurfaced after some time because of these kinds of problems with HP products, I'm starting to regret not purchasing an Apple laptop instead of this disappointing product. Now, I have developed a dislike for HP products, and in the future, I will never buy another HP product and will also advise others to do the same.

Hello, here is a video with some troubleshooting steps for when your touchpad isn't working. Hope this can help:
