Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook.

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

( Please note: It's not allowed to post serial numbers (s/n) in public ! )

ok

(1) Please create a windows restore point !

https://www.howtogeek.com/797227/how-to-create-a-system-restore-point-on-windows-10-or-windows-11/

 

(2) In windows device manager right click and uninstall 1x "Monitor PnP generico" monitor

(3) Reboot and check your monitor settings again

Hi,

 

nothing, I follow the steps and when I switch between integrated to discret graphics, the two monitors appear again....

 

Maybe some windows 11 update is the problem?
