Hi, I have a HP Omen laptop, Windows 11, and a WD-19 Dell Dock Station. I've checked the compatibility and they work great. The issue is, since a few days ago, my monitors are no longer working. The dock itself works, ethernet cable, mouse and keyboard work perfectly, but not the monitors... I've plugged the doc station in my older HP Omen and it works great, but not on this one. I've checked the USB drivers but all of them are up to date. I've reinstalled the Windows but no luck. I've even tried turning it off and pressed the power button for 30 seconds.

The specs of your machine is

It is NOT compatible with Dell WD-19 dock. It may compatible with HP Thunderbolt™ 4 with USB4™ Type-C® dock.
Regards.
