Since my original thread has been locked from replies, I am opening this follow-up to demand an immediate update regarding the unresolved AMD Audio CoProcessor bug.

Reference to my previous thread: https://hp.com

It has been nearly three months since this issue was escalated internally, and the complete lack of updates is extremely frustrating. As an end-user, standing in front of a broken internal microphone on a brand-new, expensive OMEN laptop due to an unaddressed ACPI/firmware bug (STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE) is unacceptable. None of the official driver updates or BIOS F.20 have fixed this.

At this point, I need a clear and official confirmation from HP whether this issue is actively being worked on and when a fixed BIOS can be expected. If HP is unable or unwilling to acknowledge and patch this defect, I will be forced to initiate a full reversal of the purchase contract (Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag) due to a permanent, non-fixable hardware defect.

I expect a proper update from the engineering team on this matter immediately.
