Hello Friends ! I bought a Hp omen Laptop in Dubai 2 years ago. Currently i live in India. My laptop warranty has expired. Right now i have an issue with battery . I am trying to speak with Hp support agents . But the option is not available to call them . No matter any option i chose it tells me to contact virtual agent (Chat).what can i do to talk with customer executive ?
