HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax

I own an HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec0101ax laptop. This laptop originally shipped with a tool called HP Smart Sense.

Recently, I formatted and reinstalled Windows on my laptop, but now I am unable to find or reinstall this tool anywhere. I have checked:

  • The official drivers/software list for my model on the HP website

  • The Microsoft Store

  • HP Support Assistant

Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate HP Smart Sense for download.

Could someone please guide me on how I can get HP Smart Sense back, or if it is included as part of another HP utility package?

@IshanIndraniya, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Smart Sense

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry, but it seems there isn't direct information available about HP Smart Sense specifically for the HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec0101ax based on the context provided. However, here are some general steps you can take to potentially find and install missing software:

Official HP Drivers and Software: Visit the official HP drivers and software page for your specific laptop model. Ensure you correctly input the model number and select the appropriate operating system version to see all available downloads.

HP Support Assistant: Although you've mentioned checking it already, ensure that the HP Support Assistant is updated. It can automatically detect and install necessary drivers and software for HP devices. You can download it for free from HP's website if it's not already installed.

Recovery Manager: If your laptop came with HP Recovery Manager, you can use it to reinstall original software and drivers. Access this by searching for 'HP Recovery Manager' in the Windows search bar. If available, follow the instructions to restore applications to their factory condition.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
