Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having trouble reinstalling Windows 10 after adding a new SSD. It comes up with the error F30, and I am unsure on how to fix this without an external drive/USB

I don't know what is your machine and what did you ADD. Normally 3F* errors mean system (BIOS) can't see the new SSD. You need to check to make sure it sits properly, right controller,  .... and it is supported from your machine.
