When I go to increase volume I have no option to select Realtek Speaker as my output. I have tried to update driver but nothing happens.

Greetings @Unthgar

Welcome to the HP Forum.

EDIT: I checked your PC's specs after posting info below. This spec sheet for your PC states it has Bang and Olufsen audio with two speakers.

B&O may be using Realtek audio drivers, I don't know since I don't have a HP PC using B&O audio.

Check Control Panel>Sound.

You should be able to set Realtek as the default playback device if Realtek is a choice.

Then check Control Panel>Device Manager for errors in Sound and to verify Realtek audio is present.

Regards.
