Hi there. This is pretty frustrated, I think I bought a laptop with a very annoying problem in wifi functionality, I am actually not quite sure if it is hardware or software problem and HP technicians also have no conclusion. It happened a few times last year since I bought this laptop that it lost WIFI functionality and no globe icon shows up at all. Then technicians try reboot with BIOS option, it was fixed, then it was down again, and shipped back to HP tech center to repair it. Recently last week, this problem happened again, and your online technician guided me to reboot with holding power button and the WIFI came back. My one year warranty with HP expired on Jun. 16. I am pretty concerned this problem will happen again in future after warranty expiration. I spent about $1300 and got a laptop which could be useless at any point in future. And I never have a problem with my laptops which I purchased from Lenovo in the past, I guess I will go back to Lenovo in future. I don't know what I can do and nobody from HP can tell me you can permanently fix this problem. I hope I can get a replacement for my laptop if you can help escalate this issue. Or can anyone tell me what I can do with this laptop? Thank you!
