I can't believe I'm making a complaint here.

 

My computer has been in for repairs for a month, during which it has been delayed three or four times. 

 

The second (or third) time it was delayed to 6/7, I contacted the case manager, Victor, the reason given is that they are waiting for parts. I accepted the excuse and tried to understand. However, it was delayed again to 6/21 with the same answer. Clearly, he lied about the time and he has no clue when will the laptop be fixed. No progress has been made on the repair during this month, and the completion time will certainly be delayed again.

 

When I asked the case manager for an explanation, his response was either to wait or to give up on the repair. I have never encountered such irresponsible and rude customer service. That means he can delay the repairment to whenever he want and I can do nothing about it. And who knows how many months I have to wait? 

 

How should I go about this, to whom could I contact? How do I make complaint about the HP support team?
