Ah ya. I had an issue similar with a Netgear R7000, but it was wifi that was slowed down past a certain speed, not Ethernet. Comes to find out it was a known issue. I didn't notice it until my ISP raised my subscribed speed over 100mb 😖

 

I would see if a firmware update was put out to fix it. If not, time to do some shopping.
