Thank you very much for responding, yes I did that already on crucial, I wonder what will happen if I upgrade it to 32GB, because also I have dell Inspiron 5570, Intel i7 7500u, 6GB RAM Windows 10, HD, 1TB HDD ,crucial says the maximum 32GB for this dell, so how come dell with this low quality can handle 32 GB RAM but HP Omen gaming laptop high quality with i7 HQ 7th Gen can’t handle 32GB, should be there is away. If any one knows How please answer my question.
Thank you

My understanding is that they're kind of like cars where everything has to work together. You could put a 1000hp motor in your car but it won't work right unless you upgrade the fuel system, ecm, exhaust, air intake etc. I believe the components on you motherboard are what limit you. I have heard it won't hurt your laptop but your laptop will only read it's maximum about that it can take. Maybe you put in 32gbs but it still says there is only 16? Or maybe it will accomadate the 32gbs? You might be able to change the Bios to accommodate 32gbs but that's above and beyond my paygrade. I've read it can really mess up your laptop messing with the bios if you don't know what you're doing.
Sorry I. couldn't be of more help.

Thanks for responding, I found out away around that, I’m gonna build external GPU, it’s really sad when test the system on photoshop or after effect, the only one go high between %95-%I00
Used just the RAM, but CPU And GPU still between %60-% %70 used
