I recently purchased a Omen-17-ck2059nr and I am wondering about compatibility to upgrade the wifi card inside to a wifi 7 card. I see it comes with a RTL8852CE card which is e+a key, would a Wifi 7 e key card fit? Or would it also need to be e+a keyed?

You could try one and hope it works.

It will fit in your notebook's M.2 Wi-Fi card slot.

You don't need to be concerned about the e+a vs e key spec.

Some folks have been able to get the card to work on some HP notebooks, and some did not.

There are no discussions that I could find where someone tried to upgrade the Wi-Fi card in the 17-ck2xxx model series.
