Dear HP Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the Hall sensor on my HP Victus 16 laptop. I previously contacted your support team regarding this matter and was informed that I would receive a response. However, despite the time that has passed, I have yet to hear back from you.
At the moment, my device may not be showing any symptoms, but this does not guarantee that the issue will not recur. A malfunction in a fundamental component like the Hall sensor can lead to serious problems, such as the laptop not entering sleep mode when the lid is closed. This poses risks to both hardware integrity and user safety in the long term.
It is surprising and disappointing that a global brand like HP would overlook such a potentially widespread and critical issue. I respectfully request that this matter be taken seriously, that I receive a clear response as soon as possible, and that any necessary technical support be provided accordingly.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
