Subject: Urgent Request for Camera Module Replacement for HP Pavilion 15 Gaming Laptop

 

Dear HP Philippines Customer Support Team,

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my urgent need for assistance with my HP Pavilion 15 Gaming laptop, which is currently experiencing several issues. While I understand that my laptop is no longer under warranty, the problems I have encountered have significantly impacted its functionality, and I am reaching out to request your support in resolving these issues.

 

Three weeks ago, I had my laptop's LCD screen replaced, which I believed would restore my laptop to its full working condition. However, when I attempted to join an online conference, I noticed that my laptop's camera was not being detected. This led me to return the laptop to your service center the following day for a thorough examination of the camera's functionality.

 

To my dismay, during the examination, the technician unplugged the camera's connection and, in the process, inadvertently damaged the camera module, rendering it inoperable. Moreover, I observed that the technician's handling of the laptop was less than careful, resulting in the breakage of the snap locks on the right side of the LCD cover. As a result, the cover is now partly open and cannot be securely snapped back in place.

 

I am highly dependent on my laptop's camera for online meetings, communication, and work-related tasks. The inability to use the camera has become a significant hindrance to my daily activities. Furthermore, the broken snap locks on the LCD cover are not only a cosmetic issue but also affect the laptop's overall durability and protection.

 

I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues by providing the necessary replacement parts for my laptop. Specifically, I urgently require a replacement camera module to restore my laptop's camera functionality, and if possible, a replacement LCD cover to address the snap lock damage on the right side.

I understand that my laptop is no longer under warranty, and I am willing to cover the costs associated with the replacement parts and any required service fees. I believe in the quality of HP products and hope that you can help me rectify these issues to ensure the optimal functioning and aesthetics of my laptop.

Please let me know the procedure for obtaining the necessary replacement parts and any associated costs. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I rely on my laptop for both personal and professional use.
